Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of printing, signage, and branding services by NVS Printers ("we", "us", "our"). Please read them carefully before placing an order. By engaging our services, you accept these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order, requesting a quote, or using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all print, signage, and branding work supplied by NVS Printers.

2. Quotations and Pricing

Quotations are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise and are based on the specifications, quantity, and material you confirm. Prices may change if the artwork, size, finishing, or quantity is revised after a quote is issued. All prices are exclusive of GST unless mentioned; GST is charged as applicable and a valid invoice is provided on every order.

3. Artwork and Proof Approval

You are responsible for ensuring that the artwork, text, spellings, logos, contact details, and colours you supply or approve are correct. We print exactly as per the final proof you approve. Once a proof is approved (in writing, over WhatsApp, email, or in person), NVS Printers is not liable for errors in the approved file. Colours on screen may vary slightly from the printed output due to differences in monitors, materials, and printing processes.

4. Payment Terms

Orders are confirmed against an advance payment, with the balance payable before or at delivery unless agreed otherwise. Bulk, custom, and signage/fabrication jobs may require full or higher advance payment. We accept cash, UPI, and bank transfer. Work may be held or delayed until due payments are cleared.

5. Turnaround and Delivery

Turnaround times provided are estimates and begin only after artwork approval and advance payment. Same-day or next-day timelines apply to standard items and are subject to workload. Delays caused by late approvals, incorrect files, payment delays, material shortages, or circumstances beyond our control are not the responsibility of NVS Printers. Delivery and installation charges, where applicable, are quoted separately.

6. Cancellations and Changes

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled and advance payments are non-refundable, as printed and fabricated material is custom-made for you. Changes requested after approval may incur additional charges and affect the delivery timeline.

7. Quality and Reprints

We take care to deliver consistent, high-quality output. If a printed job is defective due to a genuine error on our part, we will reprint the affected items at no extra cost. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with the original samples. We are not responsible for errors present in approved artwork or for normal variation in colour, material, and finishing.

8. Intellectual Property

You confirm that you own or are authorised to use any logos, images, text, and trademarks supplied to us, and that the content does not infringe any third-party rights. You indemnify NVS Printers against any claims arising from the material you provide. Sample images and designs created by us remain our property and may be displayed in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. NVS Printers is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business, or goodwill, arising from the use of our products or services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available at https://www.nvsprinters.com/terms-and-conditions. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
