TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We work well with our clients because our business relationship is based on honesty and trust. These Terms and Conditions apply to all products and/or services or any part of either of them provided by NVS Printers to the clients to ensure no discrepancy in future. 

 

  1. Any quotation given by NVS Printers will be disclosed only through a format. A written quotation will be forwarded via Email or Whatsapp.
  2. For the avoidance of any doubt, remember to make a clear note of the current rate of the material on the particular day when order is placed.
  3. The material rate is subjected to changes as per the market prices.
  4. The customer will be provided with an Approval Form or Proof Email, and an Invoice prior to final publication.
  5. Advance Payment is expected for all orders. If your order is of 10K or within the limit, 50% payment of the total amount in advance will be requested. If your order is up to or more than 50K, 70% payment of the total amount in advance will be requested.
  6. Payments may be made by Cash, Online Transfer and Wallets- Paytm, Google Pay. Also, the charges will include the GST amount.
  7. Payments made by Cheque must be previously agreed and may be subject to an administration charge.
  8. The charges for designing will be etc.
  9. Delivery of the goods shall be made at NVS Printers centre or such other place agreed by client. The client will take delivery of the goods within 1 or 2 days after the final approval.
  10. The charges decided and mentioned in quote for the product will be applicable as per the order requirements.
  11. Various offers are available for the clients placing the order for a second time from NVS Printers. 5%* Discount will be offered.
